"Copyright law affects faculty members, researchers, librarians, administrators and anyone interested in higher education. Emerging new technology has created new legal issues in this respect. The age of information has given rise to greater concerns about copyright legalities." (Dr. Robert N. Diotalevi) This article provides detail on Copyright laws and policies provided by some institutions. There is a specific list of twelve (12) colleges and universities that have websites addressing and policies directly relate to copyright policies. There is also a special look at one of the policies provided by the University of Georgia back in 1999. While policies may have changed seeing a list of different schools who emphasize copyright policies may still be helpful.
