The Cheatability Factor

The first presentation I went to was on cheating. It was great. The takeaway is a wonderful online quiz that helps you determine how "cheatable" your tests are.

I volunteered to be the workshop ginuea pig and had them review my Intro to Law class. I've taught workshops on avoiding cheating and plagiarism and feel like my classes are fairly robust in this area. To my surprise, at the end of the quiz I got a 75.9 out of 100. The presenter said that was actually a very good score, as they had never seen anyone score above 80. Most scores are between 50 and 75.

Give it a try for yourself - http://learningfield.org/cheat.
